Cancellation & Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of delivery (starting the day after you receive goods) and return goods for a refund or replacement. This applies to orders that have shipped from our warehouse via mail order. Special orders, where an item has been ordered in specifically for you, and it isn't an item we would readily stock, are non returnable. Items purchased following a personal bra fitting are non returnable and non refundable.
Refund means purchase price and does not include original postage paid. All overseas purchases will not receive a refund for an International Tracked service.
It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email or letter. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and unsoiled with all labels, tags and original packaging intact. In the interest of hygiene we strongly request that briefs, thongs, swimwear etc. are tried on over your own underwear. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods.
If you are returning goods for a replacement, you will not be required to cover the cost of dispatching your new item for the first replacement. Subsequent exchanges against the same order will be charged at our minimum postage charge of £2.85. In the event of a faulty item you will be offered a refund or replacement. If you don't have a printer then please just include a note along with your name and address so we can locate your details.
Refunds are given via your original payment method.
Returns: Please contact us for details of what you are returning and we shall provide shipping details. Buyer pays return costs.
